У Чернівцях спостерігачі Громадянської мережі ОПОРА на вулицях Комарова та Головній виявили три розбиті сітілайти кандидата на посаду Президента України від політичної партії «Громадянська позиція» Анатолія Гриценка.
ОПОРА звернулася до представників політичної партії «Громадянська позиція», аби з’ясувати, як вони збираються реагувати на подібні випадки та чи звертатимуться із заявами до правоохоронців. Однак на момент виходу матеріалу ОПОРА інформацію не отримала.
Керівник рекламної кампанії VIVA Дмитро Воронич сказав, що в поліцію звертатися не будуть, а пошкодження сітілайтів не зв’язують з тим, що там розміщена політична реклама. Раніше ті ж сітілайти теж були пошкоджені, але на них була розміщена реклама концерту.
Радниця з юридичних питань Громадянської мережі ОПОРА Тетяна Юзвяк вказує, що на сьогоднішній день Анатолій Гриценко є зареєстрованим кандидатом в Президенти, тому дії винних осіб можна кваліфікувати за ч.2 ст 157 Кримінального кодексу України – перешкоджання діяльності суб’єкта виборчого процесу, поєднані із пошкодженням майна. В даному випадку представники кандидата можуть звернутися до поліції із повідомленням про вчинення кримінального правопорушення та просити встановити винних осіб та притягнути їх до кримінальної відповідальності.
ОПОРА звертає увагу правоохоронних органів на те, що з початком виборчої кампанії подібних випадків вандалізму буде більше, тому правоохоронцям слід запобігати та належно розслідувати злочини, пов’язані з перешкоджанням кандидатам проводити агітаційну діяльність. Також, нагадуємо, що у Чернівцях зіпсували фарбою сітілайти лідера партії «Наші» та зіпсували фарбою сітілайти Юлії Тимошенко.
