17 осіб тимчасово змінили місце голосувати на Чернівецьку область та будуть голосувати не за місцем реєстрації. А 18 виборців з реєстрацією у Чернівецькій області будуть голосувати поза її межами. Також 3 виборця змінили місце голосування в межах області.
Це найменші показники в розрізі областей по Україні за кількістю осіб які тимчасово змінили місце голосування без зміни виборчої адреси на чергових виборах Президента України 31 березня 2019 року. Загальна кількість виборців які скористались тимчасовою зміною місця голосування – 8 371 (за даними Державного реєстру виборців, станом на 02.02.2019).
ОПОРА нагадує, що кожен виборець може скористатися своїм виборчим правом на президентських виборах та проголосувати за місцем фактичного проживання, а не реєстрації.
Для цього необхідно:
– мати документ, який підтверджує, чому ви не зможете голосувати за місцем реєстрації (так званої «прописки»). Для підтвердження вмотивованості заяви можуть бути такі документи: довідка про відрядження, довідка з місця навчання, договір найму (оренди) житла, документ, що підтверджує право власності на житло, проїзні документи, путівка в санаторій тощо. Для громадян України, які мають реєстрацію (так звану «прописку») на тимчасово окупованій території, процедура спрощена. Документи, що підтверджують потребу в тимчасовій зміні місця не потрібні ‒ достатньо лише паспорта;
– мати паспорт і його копію;
– написати заяву з номером дільниці, де хочете голосувати (адреси тут);
– звернутись до відділу Державного реєстру виборців не пізніше ніж за п’ять днів до дня голосування (до 25 березня 2019 року включно).

Процедура зміни адреси голосування не складна і кожен виборець, який проживає не за місцем реєстрації або ж в день виборів буде перебувати у відрядженні, має завчасно подбати про підготовку необхідних документів та звернутися до Державного реєстру виборців. Варто також знати, що таке звернення має одразову дію, тому для голосування в другому турі, процедуру потрібно буде повторити,
