21 січня при в’їзді у смт Красноїльськ з боку Сторожинця невідомі зловмисники облили фарбою білборд, на якому зображений Президент України та Митрополит Епіфаній у процесі отримання Томосу. Місцеві мешканці повідомили про це керівництво Чернівецької територіальної організації Партії БПП «Солідарність».

Представники партії закликають керівників місцевої влади, поліції, СБУ якнайшвидше розслідувати цю провокацію та встановити, хто за нею стоїть. Наразі поліція осіб причетних до таких протиправних дій ще не встановила. У повідомленні прес-служби зазначається:
Такі дії зловмисників очевидно є замовними і органічно вписуються у загальну картину дискредитації української влади та нашої держави, яку розгорнули російські емісари та п’ята колона Путіна, у тому числі дехто з місцевих клерикалів.
Представниця ОПОРИ взяла коментар у голови Красноїльської ОТГ Степана Драгуна, за словами якого, саме він в ніч з 20 на 21 січня помітив пошкодження білборду та повідомив про інцидент. Голова зазначає, що не знає, хто саме вчинив акт понівечення зовнішньої реклами, адже, за його словами, коло підозрюваних може бути дуже широким, так як це міжнародна траса з інтенсивним рухом транспорту, ще й немає освітлення на цій ділянці дороги.
Радниця з юридичних питань Громадянської мережі ОПОРА Тетяна Юзвяк вказує, що на сьогоднішній день Петро Порошенко не зареєстрований кандидатом у Президенти, він не є діючим суб’єктом виборчого процесу, відтак дії винних осіб не можна кваліфікувати за ч.2 ст 157 Кримінального кодексу України – перешкоджання діяльності суб’єкта виборчого процесу, поєднані із пошкодженням майна. В даному випадку власник пошкоджених рекламних конструкцій може звернутися до поліції із повідомленням (заявою) та просити встановити винних осіб та притягнути їх до відповідальності, а також в подальшому в судовому порядку стягнути з винних осіб завдані майну збитки.
ОПОРА хоче звернути увагу правоохоронних органів на те, що з початком виборчої кампанії подібних випадків вандалізму буде більше, тому правоохоронцям слід звертати більшу увагу на запобігання та належне розслідування злочинів, пов’язаних з перешкоджанням кандадатам проводити агітаційну діяльність, що супроводжується пошкодженням майна.
Також, нагадуємо, що у Чернівцях зіпсували фарбою сітілайти лідера партії «Наші» та розбили сітілайти кандидата в Президенти
