18 грудня в селі Молодія з’явилися оголошення із закликом до місцевих жителів не брати участі у голосуванні за депутатів та голову Чагорської ОТГ Чернівецької області. Оголошення розмістили невідомі особи в місцях не відведених для розміщення агітації, і на даний момент їх вже зняли.
Сільський голова с. Молодія Дмитро Онофрійчук в коментарі зазначив, що вони будуть стежити чи не з’являться подібні оголошення знову і в разі повторення ситуації звернуться з відповідними заявами до компетентних органів.
Право участі у виборах, як у ролі виборців, так і в ролі кандидатів закріплено в Конституції України. Це одна з ключових можливостей визначати напрямок нашого розвитку і не користатися цим правом не дуже розумно,
– наголошує координатор спостереження за виборами Громадянської мережі ОПОРА в Чернівецькій області Тарас Прокоп.
Нагадуємо, що вже цієї неділі (23-го грудня 2018 року) мають відбутися вибори депутатів та голів Чагорської, Неполоковецької, Ставчанської та Хотинської ОТГ. У 4 ОТГ Чернівецької області зареєстрували 432 кандидатів.
Також нагадаємо, Громадянська мережа ОПОРА не проводить класичне довготермінове та короткотермінове спостереження за призначеними на 23 грудня першими місцевими та додатковими виборами в об’єднаних територіальних громадах на місцях. Втім місцеві вибори є важливими та оціночними в частині належної діяльності вищого органу адміністрування виборчого процесу.
